Within the scope of the exhibition of investment potentials of local municipalities «WE REPRESENTING YOU SERBIA»  in Belgrade, on the 27th November 2008. there was a round tabel meeting on the theme « The possilibities and perspectives of the investments in the Serbian municipalities – now is the time».

On this round table meeting, the presenters were mayors, presidents and representatives of the cities and municipalities of Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Kragujevac, Subotica, Zrenjanin and Indija, like the representatives of the company Siemens, Colliers International, EBRD and Danube Insurance.

The mayor Sasa Vucinic presented the advantages of Subotica, the development of the infrastructure, the work of the free zone, Incubator, the LER office and other institutions for support and development for investors, like the presence of the succesfull companies and announcement of the new foreign investments. The two biggest projects in Subotica were emphasized  which refers to the Master plan Palic and the industrial park- zone.

In the presentations of EBRD, Siemens and Colliers International, the positive investments in Subotica  were emphasized like the building of the new debugger, Loher-Siemens factory, and the building of the biggest shopping center in Vojvodina.

Hereafter the acitivities of the exhibition the mayor Sasa Vucinic with his deputy Dusko Guslov and the council of the mayor Dejan Zvekic were held shorter meeting with the representatives of EBRD, COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL, IBM, SAP WEST BALKANS and KFW, where they changed informations and made future cooperation possible.
