Of 26 municipalities that have entered NALED program, the certificates were given to total eight municipalities and cities, Subotica is one of them.

With regard to the success in the development of the GIS Project, GTZ has asked the City of Subotica to build up cooperation with educational institutions in order to get familiar with the function and practical application of the geographic information system.
 

Within the scope of the exhibition of investment potentials of local municipalities «WE REPRESENTING YOU SERBIA»  in Belgrade, on the 27th November 2008. there was a round tabel meeting on the theme « The possilibities and perspectives of the investments in the Serbian municipalities – now is the time».
